Student Violin Rental

Our student violin rental scheme enables your child to play on a well set-up, good quality violin, at a very moderate cost of just £8 per month. As your child grows, the violin can be exchanged for a larger size, and you can use 50% of your total payments towards a new violin from us. If you decide to buy within the first 3 months you get 100% of the rental off the purchase price.

We offer Stentor Student violin outfits from 1/16 to 4/4 size. All our violin outfits are carefully checked and set-up in our workshop and come complete with 4 string adjusters, correctly fitted pegs and bridge. The outfit is complete with bow and case.

The Violin

A Stentor Student violin outfit, expertly set-up by our specialist string repairer and includes:

• Violin - fully set-up with string adjusters
• Available in sizes: 1/16, 1/10, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 4/4 (please call to check availability)
• Bow
• Rosin
• Lightweight case

We also have an excellent selection of sheet music available online and in store, from beginner to advanced.

The Scheme

• Low monthly payments of just £8 (minimum rental 3 months)
  
• Change your violin at any time as your child grows
  
• Initial 3 months payment is taken by credit or debit card. After that, payments are taken monthly by Direct Debit (UK bank account only)
• No long-term commitment - return the violin at any stage after the first 3 months
  
• The instrument is fully maintained by us
  
• 50% of total payments is deducted when you purchase a new violin from us (100% within the first 3 months.)
• "Peace of mind" insurance cover against loss or damage is included (hirer is responsible for the first 25% of retail price)
