UK Delivery

FREE UK Delivery until further notice on everything!

Instruments - Delivery is FREE within the UK for all instruments. This price you see is the price you pay.
(Instruments over £100 are always sent by our Express service, regardless of the service selected in the checkout.)

Sheet music, accessories & gifts - We offer 3 services:

• Standard: £1 for orders under 1kg, £2 for orders over 1kg) (1-2 business days)
• Free Saver: FREE for all orders (3-5 business days)
• Express: £6.50 for all orders (1 business day)

Please select your preferred option in the checkout.

If you require any special arrangements, this will be charged at cost, please contact us for details.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order within 1 business day. Orders received before 1pm will normally be sent the same day.

Instruments over £100 are sent by next business day courier (Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional cost).

Music, accessories and gifts will be sent by the method selected in the checkout.

Delivery days are based on information from Royal Mail and their normal service. The number of days for delivery stated in the checkout is not a guarantee and is subject circumstances beyond the control of Ackerman Music.

International Delivery

We currently accept orders from the following countries (listed below). Please contact us if you wish items to be delivered to a country that is not listed and we will endeavour to assist. The shipping charge will be calculated for you in the checkout. Any special arrangements will be charged at cost, please contact us for details.

Instruments are normally sent by insured Airmail service. All other items are usually sent by Royal Mail International Signed For service.

International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
