Casio

In 1980 Casio released the Casiotone 201, its first electronic keyboard. This keyboard marked the company’s debut in the electronic musical instruments market. Based on Casio’s co-founder Toshio Kashio’s philosophy of “creating something from nothing” it came into being as an unprecedented new form of musical instrument. In 2003, Casio introduced the Privia, a new concept digital piano offering more advanced features with a high-quality sound. In 2015 the Celviano range combined innovation and tradition in a collaboration with C Bechstein. The evolution of Casio instruments continues today with the launch of the PX-S7000, which redefines the standard of digital pianos.
