Student Violin Rental

Our student violin rental scheme enables your child to play on a well set-up, good quality violin, at a very moderate cost of just £10 per month.

As your child grows, the violin can be exchanged for a larger size, and you can use 50% of your total payments towards a new violin from us.

If you decide to buy within the first 3 months you get 100% of the rental paid off the purchase price.

We offer Stentor Student I Violin Outfits from 1/8 to 4/4 size.

All our violin outfits are carefully checked and set-up in our workshop and come complete with 4 string adjusters, correctly fitted pegs and bridge. The outfit is complete with bow and case.

The Violin

A Stentor Student I violin outfit, expertly set-up by our specialist string repairer, comprising:

• Violin - fully set-up with string adjusters
• Available in sizes: 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 4/4
• Bow
• Rosin
• Lightweight case

The Scheme

• Initial 3 months rental payment is taken by credit or debit card. This initial payment includes a one off £9 delivery charge.
• Low cost monthly payment of just £10, taken by direct debit after the first 3 months, UK bank account only
• No long-term commitment - return the violin at any stage after the first 3 months
• 50% of total payments is deducted when you purchase a new violin from us (100% within the first 3 months)
• The instrument is fully maintained by us
• "Peace of mind" insurance cover against loss or damage is included (hirer is responsible for the first 25% of retail price)
• Change your violin at any time as your child grows
• Buy this rental online - we then email you the link to your rental agreement & DD mandate, which you can sign online. Once this is signed, we despatch your fully checked instrument by courier
• Please note that for security we can only send the instrument to the cardholders registered address
