Free Piano Delivery and Setup Service
We’re delighted to offer free delivery and setup within 50 miles of our shops. When you order a Piano or Digital Piano from us, we’ll personally deliver it at a time that suits you and ensure everything is set up perfectly in your home. Before delivery, your instrument will be carefully assembled and checked in one of our shops to make sure it’s working exactly as it should. Once it arrives, our team will connect it, position it, and even demonstrate the main features of your particular model – all at no extra charge.
For customers outside our free delivery area, we use a reliable courier service and aim to have most items delivered within three working days. Please note that couriers are not contracted to carry larger items, such as digital pianos, up steps or stairs.

We stock a wide range of pianos and keyboards from Yamaha and Casio, with our Hove store offering the largest display should you wish to explore the differences in person. Our website also shows which of our shops currently has each instrument in stock -simply check the “In Store Availability” tab on any product page.
Please note that while our online stock levels are regularly updated, occasional discrepancies may occur due to system updates. If you need an urgent delivery, we recommend contacting us to confirm availability and delivery times.
Our Hove shop is open Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm and Saturday, 9:30am – 5:00pm. Our Chichester shop is open Monday 9:30am – 5:30pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9:30am – 4:30pm, Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm and Saturday 9:30am – 5:00pm, and our friendly team can be reached on 0333 344 0070 for any enquiries.
