This is the new version 4 model, which features a new bell design and a new double case with strap. Other improvements over the previous model include an improved water key design and thinner pistons to improve response.

The Xeno's heavyweight construction produces a solid tone core for a rich strong sound that won't spread or break up no matter how hard it is pushed. It blows freely and comfortably, while still providing enough air resistance for quick response and superb tonal flexibility. And the hand-hammered one-piece bell gives an agile, quick response with a beautiful tone.

The YTR-8335S is a heavyweight Bb Trumpet, featuring a silver-plated finish and a yellow brass bell, giving superior tone and projection. The silver plate is a thinner finish but hard wearing.
