The YFL514 is an entry-level professional flute, offering handcrafted finish combined with a precious metal headjoint, silver plated body and keys and an exceptionally high quality of workmanship and finish.
The headjoint is very important in determining the sound of a flute. Yamaha 500 Series Flutes feature a 92.5% precious metal headjoint with a body and foot of nickel silver for a dark warm tone.
