Our student violin rental scheme enables your child to play on a well set-up, good quality violin, at a very moderate cost over 9 months... and then the instrument is yours! As your child grows, the violin can be part exchanged for a larger size.

We offer Stentor Student violin outfits from 1/16 to 4/4 size. All our violin outfits are carefully checked and set-up in our workshop and come complete with 4 string adjusters, correctly fitted pegs and bridge.

After completion of the rental, we will part-exchange your violin when you are ready to move to another size.

The Violin

A Stentor Student violin outfit, expertly set-up by our specialist string repairer and includes:

• Violin - fully set-up with string adjusters
• Available in sizes: 1/16, 1/10, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 4/4 (please call to check availability)
• Bow
• Rosin
• Lightweight case

We also have an excellent selection of sheet music available online and in store, from beginner to advanced.

The Scheme

• 4 quarterly payments of £24.50 (£98 total) for a fully set-up new instrument
• 9 months interest free rental
• Payable by credit or debit card only - payment is collected automatically from your card
• Instruments can be returned at any stage during the agreement (after 3 months) and further payments will cease
• On completion of the 4th and final payment, the instrument is yours
• Ex-rental instruments are also available from £60 (4x£15), subject to availability
