The composer bobbleheads are based on portraits made in their lifetimes; they strive to be more realistic and less like caricatures.
Bach is based on the ubiquitous 1748 portrait by E.G. Haussmann; you may already own a coffee mug or tote bag with this picture on it. This Bach, properly plump (after all, this portrait is from late in his life, long after he walked 250 miles to hear Buxtehude play), is standing as if directing his Magnificat.
7.5" tall. Hand-painted cast of sturdy poly-resin, and bobs on a heavy-duty spring.
