This special edition Yamaha YTR8340EMS Eric Miyashiro Signature model has been hand selected by Eric Miyashiro and comes with a signed certificate.
Eric Miyashiro made his debut as a professional musician at age 14 as the lead trumpet player of the Sammy Davis, Jr. band. After graduating from Berklee College of Music, he toured with the most prestigious names in the business, including Woody Herman, Frank Sinatra, Mel Torme and Tony Bennett. Currently a resident of Japan, Miyashiro works as a top studio musician, clinician and leader of his own band, the EM Big Band.
The YTR8340EMS is part of Yamaha's Custom range. Yamaha collaborates with leading artists around the world, incorporating their ideas or experiences to create instruments that enable musical expression at higher levels.
